From January 2020 onwards, The SQUARE Restaurant at Novotel Bangkok Silom Road proudly presents the new look of weekday lunch buffet to include dim sum as well. In this dim Sum buffet in Bangkok, we dish up plenty of dim sum choices from steamed buns to dumplings and many more dishes. So, be sure to eat your fill and make it a dim sum meal to remember.

Carefully handcrafted by Chef Art (Anuwat Vongsa) and his crews, our dim Sum buffet in Bangkok is unique and flavourful. Each day, we present an amazing range of dim sum choices up to 7 menus. For example, we have pork and chicken dumplings and Chinese braised chicken. For buns, there are choices of minced pork bun, custard bun and BBQ pork bun for you to choose from. Also, be sure to try salted egg pork nugget as it’s one of our guests’ favourite items.

Thanks to Chef Art’s creativity, our dim sum recipes are simply delicious. Using minced pork as the main ingredient, Chef Art has created a wonderful range of dim sum flavours with different toppings. Choices include pork with broccoli, crab stick, baby corn, seaweed, golden needle mushroom, and cabbage, to name but a few.

In addition, there are some of the other dim sum staples you shouldn’t miss here. For example, we have steamed sea bass with soy sauce, steamed pork ribs with fermented black bean and Chawanmushi or Japanese steamed egg custard. So, just head to the giant bamboo steamer corner to look for your favourite choice. We serve these dim sum menus in a small bite-sized portion on a small plate so that you can enjoy a little bit of everything!
